Enjoy melt-in-the-mouth goodness with the Primrose Herd collection of award-winning, dry-cured British bacon. Made using traditional curing methods and without added water, our delicious bacon provides exceptional flavour and texture.
Our bacon is traditionally dry-cured by hand with a mixture of salt and sugar, turned every day for 2 weeks with the bacon firming as it cures and dries.
Our gammons are cured by hand using traditional methods, immersed in a solution of water and salt that gives the best taste, texture and flavour.
