Award winning Cornish pork from traditionally reared pigs raised on our own farm or from a select number of hand picked smallholders and farms.
Native breeds such as Gloucestershire Old Spots, Large Blacks and British Saddlebacks are slow grown for succulence and flavour.and we use more modern breeds like Large Whites and Pietrains to produce our award winning dry cured bacons.
